I am able to connect but unable to browse.

Check your proxy settings. Click Tools and select Internet Options.
Then click on Connections tab and window will appear as shown below. Click on the LAN settings and disable proxy by un-checking the Proxy server if any.
Reset your browser settings to default.
1. Click on Tools and select Internet Options.
2. Click on Programs tab and a window will appear.
Then click on Reset Web Settings... button.
