First time users: If you are a first time user, you need to buy a coupon from your nearest dealer which provides a certain number of free minutes as talk-time. To complete this process you need to enter the Serial No. and PIN you see on the coupon, on the Sign up page. You will also be asked for some more details to complete registration. You will be taken to the Your Account page. This is a one-time procedure. Repeat users: When you make calls and exhaust your credit, you can purchase a new coupon to top-up your account. This time, you can buy coupons from your nearest dealer or you can purchase them online. To top-up your account, you need to sign in at Your Account to recharge your credit.
Plans which you can buy: IP Fone: Rs.3,999 + taxes. This includes IP Phone and Rs. 1,500 worth of free talk-time. IP Fone: Rs.2,999 + taxes. This includes IP Phone and Rs. 250 worth of free talk-time. You can buy the coupons from your nearest dealer or you can call the call center for more details.
