| Make a Call |
To make a call you need to ensure that you have gone through the following steps: |

If you are a first time user, buy a coupon from a dealer. Once you have the coupon with the Serial No. and PIN, go to Create Account to register your Serial No. and PIN and top-up your account. |

If you have exhausted your minutes and hence, are a repeat customer, you need to sign in to Your Account and then click on either Buy Minutes Online (if you want to buy minutes online) or click on Renew Account (if you have bought a coupon from a dealer). You will be asked to enter the Serial No. and PIN to recharge your account. |

Once recharged, you don’t have to sign in every time you make a call. |

If you are using YOU Soft Phone, make sure you have downloaded (for XP & for Vista) and saved the software. This is a one time procedure. Then, launch the Soft Phone dialer and sign in with your username and password. Proceed to make a call. |

If you are using IP phone, WiFi Mobile Phone or the ATA box, you can directly proceed to make a call. |

Dial the number you want.
- Country code – Number
- Eg. A call to the USA: Country code + Area code if any + Number

Every time you wish to make a call, just pick up your phone or launch the Soft Phone dialer. |

If you have exhausted your credit, Buy Minutes and sign in to Your Account once again to top-up your account. |
